What do East Indian people, particularly Hindus, think about white people (Europeans, Americans, etc) that convert to Hinduism? Do you think it’s weird, and is it easy to accept these converts as legitimate Hindus? Also, what to Indian Sikhs think of white Sikh converts?

Sikhs welcome anyone, who come to Guru for blessing. Christianity is loosing, already 60% of French people turned to atheism and rest of western countries are following them. People who questions themselves look for truth anywhere else and then they approach these religions. When someone is blessed by Guru Granth, he/she does not care what others think about him or they accept him or reject him?. This is a revolutionary change in thinking, when someone says:
Jaam Guru hoyee vall, ta kia muhshangi||
(When my Guru is with me, I am without any worries.)
I think most hindus also support this.
Interesting questions. If these religions are about peace and spiritual empowerment, it shouldn’t matter what skin color the follower has.
They are trying to find the right religion. Maybe christianity isn’t working for them. What is wrong with that?
